This Smith & Wesson Knife Is A Huge Improvement Over The 4 Series. The 4 Series Was The First That Came In The Bigger Size—Which Is Great If You Are Looking For A Big, Beefy Knife. The Only Drawback With The 4 Series Was The Safety. Originally, The Safety Wasn’T Strong Enough For The Knife. They Have Rectified The Situation Now With A Redesign, Now The Safety Has A Positive Stop On The 4 Series. But, The 5 Series Avoids The Problem Altogether Because It Uses A Curved Track Slide Safety. Really Great System. It Hass A Positive Stop In It So You Know It Is Locked. I Loved My Swmp3 That I Carried For About 4 Months. This Swmp5 Is Going To Give It A Run For The Money.
